TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposit

If you would like to proceed with the booking, we require you to complete the form below together with a deposit for 50% of the agreed price. Confirmation by us for receipt of the deposit and signed form will confirm the booking and the date.  

Changes to requirements within two weeks of event date

Numbers cannot be reduced once the booking has been confirmed. If you wish to increase the final numbers please give two weeks notice before your event date by completing the below final booking form

The remaining balance (minus your 50%) is required 2 weeks prior to your booking date

BANK DETAILS

Please use your name as the bank reference (failure to do so may result in us being unable to complete your booking, and thus, you may miss out on your event date)
