Terms and Conditions

The customer is responsible for ensuring our staff has access to the event venue and to appropriate facilities, including, without limit, by arranging, in good time and at the customer’s own expense, all permits, licenses and permissions necessary to enable our staff to gain access to the venue and perform the services. If access onto your property/venue or outside of your property/venue is blocked by any of your guests, staff or suppliers, resulting in a delayed start time or finish time, you may be charged an additional £50 per hour.

If you have stated you are supplying electricity, and for any reason your electric supply does not work or continues to cut off resulting in a prolonged service, additional charges of £50 per hour may apply if we can stay later for your service.

The final booking form is designed to consolidate any changes/additions to your booking that you may have made since your original booking. Please note that any information left off the final booking form will be assumed as no longer required, full payment will however still be required if we have reserved you a product or service.

Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 18 months or more prior to your event date. We understand that things happen which are sometimes out of our control, therefore, If you do have to cancel within 18 months or less of your event date we will allow you to change the date for another date of your choosing within 6 months of your cancellation date. Events cancelled within 2 weeks of the event date will not be able to move their date.

The customer acknowledges that they shall be responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the provider's equipment caused by any misuse of the provider's equipment by the customer or its guests. This also includes hired equipment

We will not tolerate any abuse or threatening behaviour to any of our team or abuse of any the provided equipment. We retain the right to terminate this agreement immediately in cases where our team feel they are being abused or threatened or any equipment is being or in danger of being, damaged due to the actions of any persons attending the customer’s event

We agree to be operational for a minimum of 90% during your event; operations may need to be interrupted for restocking or sorting supplies.

The customer will arrange for an appropriate-sized space for the pre-booked product or services.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring in advance that the venue allows reasonable access for loading and suitable parking once the equipment has been unloaded.

We take no responsibility for any damages done to the grounds including grass areas on any access routes leading up to or at your chosen location. This includes oil spills, tyre marks or snapped tree branches.

We take feedback seriously and always welcome any constructive feedback. Anything you wish to raise or share needs to be put in writing and sent to l1s.eventsandentertainments@gmail.com within 24 hours of your event.
